Richard James Eaton dba Legacy fence has been operating as an unlicensed contractor in the Reno/ Sparks area since 2012. Eaton has a history of taking money and not doing work and has been the subject of a story on KOLO news channel 8 for his illegal contracting activities. Eaton is working in the Fernley area as of the last complaint filed against him.
